“The Moose Hunt” Pluto Model Sheet (1931) - ID: mar26280

A photostat model sheet from the Walt Disney Studios animated film “The Moose Hunt” (1931). Featuring the first main character designs for Pluto, the model sheet was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The film marks Pluto’s first appearance as Mickey’s pet dog, as well as the only film where Pluto had speaking lines. Model sheets were printed at the studio and distributed to the animators to ensure consistent character design. Measuring 15.5”x11.5” overall, with the character image measuring 13.75”x10.75”, the model sheet is in good condition with minor discoloration, notable edge and corner wear, pin holes, staple holes, and tears across three corners.
