Featuring Loopy De Loop wearing half a turkey costume and showing off his watch, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode entitled "Drum-Sticked," which aired on October 3, 1963. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 5.25"x5.25", the cel is in very good condition with white paint residue over Loopy's arm and ear and blue paint residue around his neck, shoulder, and mouth. The cel has been paired with a color copy reproduction background.
