French Mickey and Minnie Storybook by Hatchette (1932) - ID: feb23421

A hardcover children's storybook inspired by the Disney Studios iconic cartoon couple Minnie and Mickey Mouse. Featuring 24 beautiful black and white illustrations of Mickey and Minnie, 12 of which are full-page. The storybook is the first French Mickey Mouse book approved by Walt Disney to be produced by Hatchette Publishing. The book consists of 247 pages and is the only Disney book to be part of the Bibliotheque Rose series that was released in 1932 by Magdeliene Du Genestoux. Measuring 4.5"x7.25" overall, the book is in very good condition and includes the original dust jacket. The dust jacket is sun faded on one side, the pages are discolored, spine wear is present, and there are stains on a few pages, all due to age and use.
